The group of multi-genetic centres Semen Cardona commits in the quality of its product, for this reason it is necessary keeping on growing in the amount of boars and productive centres of seminal doses in different geographical points.
With this aim, in Spring 2005 the new local office in Girona was inaugurated, the centre Biogirona, where dilution, contrast and packagingof porcine semen of genetic Batallé are made. These new facilities were created thanks to the collaboration between Semen Cardona, Batallé Selection and the University of Girona (Group of Biotechnology of Porcine Reproduction).
The interaction company - university has made Biogirona be a laboratory where the last scientific knowledge and production of seminal doses are perfectly combined and ensures the highest quality in all processed doses.
